SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on stneotsgiftsandtoys.co.uk. This website is operated by St Neots Gifts & Toys.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During busy periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

2. UK Delivery

We currently deliver to customers in the United Kingdom only.

Our delivery options are:

  • Economy Delivery: 5–8 business days — Free
  • Standard Delivery: 3–4 business days — £15

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination, weather conditions, busy periods, bank holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed. The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost for your order.

4. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, a tracking number or tracking link will be provided so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

5. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@stneotsgiftsandtoys.co.uk.

We can only update the delivery address before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

6. P.O. Box Addresses

We may not be able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses depending on the courier used. If there is an issue with your delivery address, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

7. Items Out of Stock

We aim to keep stock information accurate. However, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a suitable solution, such as waiting for restock, replacing the item, or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.

8. Delivery Delays

If your delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us and we will check the tracking information with the courier where available.

Please note that delivery delays can sometimes happen due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.

9. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@stneotsgiftsandtoys.co.uk.

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged parcel, and photos of the affected item so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

10. Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual period or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the courier and provide an update as soon as possible.

11. Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
