RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At St Neots Gifts & Toys, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process and show the refund in your account.
